Shipping Rates:

USA Orders (all prices are in USD):

  • Orders totaling $0 - $29.99: $5 shipping fee.
  • Orders totaling $30 - $50.00: $8 shipping fee.
  • Orders totaling $50.01 - 74.99: $12 shipping fee.
  • Orders above $75: Free shipping.

Canada, UK, Australia & New Zealand (all prices are in USD):

  • Orders totaling $0 - $74.99: $15 shipping fee.
  • Orders totaling $75 - $149.99: $30 shipping fee.
  • Orders above $150: $50 shipping fee.

European Countries: Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Locations:

We ship orders within the USA, to Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. Most orders will ship from within the United Stated unless a specific product is not available there; in such cases, the order will be shipped from the UK or Canada. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow at least 24-72 hours for the tracking information to update.

Import/Duty Costs:
For orders outside the USA, please note that we are not responsible for any import or duty fees.

Holiday Season Notice:
We are experiencing high order volumes during holiday season, including all major holidays, due to your amazing support. We are working diligently to ensure your orders arrive in time for Christmas.

Processing Time:
Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before shipment. The shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing period and is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Please note that embroidery products are made to order and may require additional processing time. These items can take 7–10 business days for fulfillment before they are shipped.

Shipping Method:
Most orders are shipped via USPS. To ensure timely and accurate delivery, please double-check the address you provide. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered. If you are concerned about the security of your delivery location, consider using a secure address or a location where someone can receive the package.

Delivery Times:
Once your item ships, our Standard Shipping delivers your products across the United States in 3-7 business days*. Please note that these delivery times do not include processing times and are valid only after the item has shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery times if delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as incorrect shipping addresses, weather conditions, or postal service backlogs. International shipments cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements, or postal service issues beyond our control.

When purchasing multiple items, please be aware that they may ship in multiple shipments.

*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.
