Refund policy

At Joyous Expression, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. As all our items are Direct-To-Garment printed and made-to-order, we are able to offer a wide variety of colors without the need for extensive inventory. Unfortunately, this means that we are unable to process returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color, or change of mind.

However, if you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, we are here to assist you. Simply reach out to our team within 3 days of product delivery, and we will gladly provide a free replacement. To initiate this process, please use the “Contact” form first. Please note that you will be asked to provide a clear photo showing the problem.

Please keep in mind:

  • Free replacement items are shipped out within 3-5 business days.
  • If an issue affects multiple products using the same design, we will require an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation purposes.

Kindly note that we cannot be held responsible nor offer replacements or refunds for orders with incorrect size or color selections. All product pages include a size chart. Additionally, for DTG (Direct to Garment) products, please be aware that there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, and minor variations in print placement will not be considered defects.
